Glasgow, Taylor, Isham & Glasgow, P.C., is uniquely qualified to represent your interests  before Texas state government agencies.  This is because our founding partner, Bob Glasgow, has served at the highest levels of government in the State of Texas.  Mr. Glasgow, early in his career, worked for Governor Preston Smith.  Then, following a ten year tenure as District Attorney, Mr. Glasgow was elected to the Texas Senate where he served for ten years.  While in the Senate, Mr. Glasgow made the prestigious Top 10 Legislators list by Texas Monthly Magazine.  While serving in the Texas Legislature, Mr. Glasgow worked extensively with all of the major administrative agencies in Texas and sponsored legislation affecting them.

With his extensive experience in Texas government, Mr. Glasgow is intimately familiar with the legal, political, and public policy dynamics that influence decisions made by administrative agencies charged with implementing important state laws.  In private practice, Mr. Glasgow has represented numerous clients in front of a wide range of Texas state agencies including the Comptroller of Public Accounts, the Texas Council on Environmental Quality the Texas Real Estate Commission, the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, the Texas Railroad Commission, and the Texas Ethics Commission.
